• We had a wonderful 4 night stay here recently. The welcome is friendly, the room comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast is delicious with a huge choice of cooked and cold foods.

• Belmont is an excellent choice of B&B if you want to be in Hugh Town. It is on the edge of town but only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre and the beaches, and just a bit further to the quay.

Our tariff and terms 2025

A deposit of the first night’s stay is required to secure your booking. If you have to cancel your booking and we are unable to re-let the accommodation the following charges will apply:

Up to and including 14 days of your arrival date two thirds of the total price will be charged.

Within 14 days of your arrival date the full amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance against this eventuality.
